Renewed and ready for action

After a profound meditation and personal hapé ceremony today, something unexpected happened — I felt called to return to Twitch with a gaming stream.

I've been contemplating this for a long while, I finally bit the bullet and went live tonight and I had a BLAST! If you're curious to watch the past broadcast, feel free to watch it here.

During my meditation and hapé ceremony, I performed a very personal and powerful energy healing which included light language, akashic record reading, and long overdue cord-cutting. While I haven't practiced these skills much lately, they came effortlessly, as if I've done them a million times before.

Thanks to these daily practices, my clarity has been sharpened and my heart feels cracked open — I'm overflowing with compassion and love for the simple fact of being alive. There is no doubt that these old wounds of trauma and abuse are slowly mending. I'm incredibly grateful.

Yesterday I briefly shared that I'll be working with hapé in a daily capacity. Today marked day 4, and the session was particularly powerful — I sense a deep purging of everything that no longer serves me. I asked the plant spirit, along with my ancestors and spirit guides, to help release whatever I've been carrying unnecessarily. Slowly but surely, I feel the uprooting of these old stories.

I'm certain once my daily journey with hapé comes to an end, I'll be a changed person — lighter, more agile, no longer over-encumbered with hurt, distrust, and fear. The goal is to find a normal amount of encumbrance, a healthy balance (if there even is one).

This healing and releasing will be a gradual process. As much as we want it to be a 'one and done' event, it's more like removing a deep-rooted weed — one that requires patience and multiple efforts to ensure we get to the stem of the issue.

Just last week, I was questioning my strength, exhausted from this continued upheaval.

Today, I am renewed, and ready for action.

The clarity from today's ceremony didn't just help heal old wounds — it also reignited my passion for sharing joy through gaming and fun, lively banter.
